Brighton Town Court

Brighton Town Court handles more than 10,000 cases per year, including 500 driving while intoxicated charges. Court personnel include two judges, four fulltime court clerks, and one part-time clerk.

Arraignments:

Wednesdays at 2:15 pm.
If Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday

Every Wednesday afternoon. Call to confirm starting time. Please contact the court for confirmation, as there may be schedule changes.
