Victims' Rights

Victims who report crimes to the Brighton Police Department receive victims' rights cards, which contain information about places to contact for assistance. The New York State Office of Victim Services cites some of the agencies that assist crime victims. Those who were victimized by criminal aliens may obtain information from the United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement agency through their Victims Of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) office at 855-488-6423.
