Accessible Parking Permits


Did you know that Brighton Town Hall has an elevator?  Save yourself the long walk up the sidewalk and stairs in front and park around back.  The right rear entrance to Town Hall is where the elevator is located - Look for the signs!

The Town Clerk’s office issues accessibility parking permits to residents of the Town of Brighton. Applications are available at our office or ONLINE. Before submitting your application, a doctor’s signature is required to process the permanent or temporary request.

Please provide your driver's license or Non-Driver's ID card when applying for the permit. (Note: you are not required to have a New York State license/ID to obtain a permit)

Request for permits can also be made by mail. We ask that you please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your signed application and photocopy of your driver's license or Non-Driver's ID card.
