Brighton Town Court
Brighton Town Court handles more than 10,000 cases per year, including 500 driving while intoxicated charges. Court personnel include two judges, four fulltime court clerks, and one part-time clerk.

Court Schedule
bullet.gif Dispositions: Mondays at 2:30 pm
Arraignments: Mondays at 3:30 pm.   
If Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday

Judge Falk - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 12 Noon
Judge Morris - 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 1:00 pm
