Brighton Town Court handles more than 10,000 cases per year, including 500 driving while intoxicated charges. Court personnel include two judges, four fulltime court clerks, and one part-time clerk.

Dispositions: Mondays at 2:30 pm
Arraignments: Mondays at 3:30 pm.
If Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday |

Hearings and Bench Trials:
1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at Noon
2nd and 4th Thursday at 1:00 pm
