Brighton Town Court handles more than 10,000 cases per year, including 500 driving while intoxicated charges. Court personnel include two judges, four fulltime court clerks, and one part-time clerk.

Court Schedule

	Dispositions: Mondays at 2:30 pm Arraignments: Mondays at 3:30 pm.    If Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday
	Hearings and Bench Trials:  Judge Falk - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 12 Noon Judge Morris - 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 1:00 pm Contact the court for confirmation, as there may be schedule changes.
	Small Claims - Hearings once a month; call the court for dates
	Traffic Trials: Periodically; call the court for dates
	Jury Trials: Periodically; call the court for dates
	On-call Availability: one judge is on call at all times and available for unscheduled arraignments as needed
