Brighton Veterans Memorial

With immense pride, the Brighton Veterans Memorial Committee announces its intention to construct a Memorial to all Brighton Veterans, both living and deceased, who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States.
Brighton residents will also be able to honor a relative who has served, even though that relative may never have lived in Brighton.
A parcel of land has been secured in Buckland Park, located on Westfall Road. On this dedicated land, we will construct a serene environment in which an eagle on a large boulder sits with wings outstretched 10 feet in breadth.
Benches will be placed so that visitors can sit and reflect. Inside the adjacent Buckland Farmhouse, a roster of honored names will be displayed. View a video of the start of the construction project
